Dear Sir Knight,

At the meeting on 10/12/11 a letter from the Vice Supreme Master was read, in the K of C has established a new scholarship programs for Catholic Chaplains for the U.S. Armed Forces. The 4^th Degree was assigned the job of raising $1,000,000.00 over the next five years. It is estimated the 800 chaplains are needed to fill the positions. Presently they only have 280 serving.

It was felt by the membership in attendance that all members of the Assembly should be given a chance to donate. Send all checks to SK Bob Dill, 301 Elm Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707-5010.

I request you make all checks payable to “FFA 1667”, and mark on the front of the check in the “FOR” Military Scholarship. Your check will serve as proof of a donation for tax purposes.
